HDD was Bumped while Running

Diagnosis: If the disk was running when this happened, read/write head misalignment can occur due to physical shock. Some irretrievable data loss can occur due to the possibility of the heads making phystcal contact with the spinning disks.

Solution:
If this diagnosis is true, We will need to replace your damaged read/write head assembly with a good head assembly so we can recover the data.
