HDD does not spin-up

Possible Causes:

Faulty PCB controller, blown fuse.

Solution:
We will replace the bad components on the current PCB (printed circuit board) or replace the whole PCB.

It is a "Must-Do-or-Die" to keep the original old ROM BIOS chip from the old board and plug it into the new/replacement PCB.

We MUST transfer the original factory ROM BIOS chip from the old PCB and plug it in or solder it onto the new replacement PCB. Your HDD cannot run without the Original Factory-ROM BIOS chip from the OLD BOARD!!!
Every ROM BIOS chip is configured to compensate for that particular drive's read/write heads microscopic mis-alignments, which every drive has. The HDD and the ROM BIOS chip are ONE.
DO NOT toss the Factory-ROM BIOS chip that sits on the OLD BOARD, or your drive will not run!

Parts Replacement:
If the parts replacement is successful and there are no other issues, we will begin the data recovery procedure. The data recovery procedure willl take 1 to 4 days depending the amount of data to recover and how much damage occured. Severly damaged data can take up to a week to recover.
