Possible diagnosis: Faulty PCB (printed circuit board) or component.
Solution:
We will replace the current PCB board with a new one then transfer the original factory-ROM chip from the old PCB and plug it in or solder it onto the new replacement PCB. Your drive cannot run without the Original Factory-ROM from the OLD BOARD!!!.
